Cataracts
A cataract is a clouding of the normally clear lens of the eye. The human eye, like a camera, requires a lens to focus light. When cloudy, the lens is called a cataract, and it results in a blurred image.
Cataracts no longer mean blindness or prolonged visual impairment. Today, with modern microsurgical techniques in the hands of an experienced, caring surgeon, cataracts can be successfully treated in more than 98% of all patients. They are no longer something to be feared.
Don’t wait till you fail your DMV test to call our office for your cataract evaluation and treatment.
